Qualification: Degree in Law from the University of Murcia (1994).
Training: 4 years as a substitute Judge in the courts of Molina Del Segura, Caravaca, and other judicial districts of the region of Murcia.
Assignments:
Accidents: Legal proceedings and criminal liability initiated by any type of accident. (Work, home or traffic).
Caser: Lawyer for the insurer Caser, assuming management and defence for the insurer in any proceedings where the insurer Caser is a part or intervene in the districts of Torrevieja, Orihuela, Elche, Alicante, San Javier or Cartagena.
Labour: Coordinate with Ms Lola Serrano and Ms Iryna in labour court proceedings.
Collaboration: Advise and collaborate with all members of the legal department, resolve doubts on proceedings and answer any queries that may arise. |
